I took the dive
I did it, after 8 months of being on the board, deciding if I should buy it or not, and getting numerous opinions, I bought a TSX w/Navi...carbon grey/quartz and spoiler. Got it for $28k. I think i paid too much though, but then again, they threw in the spoiler. I drove every single car in the price range, including A4, 325i, 330i, G35, accord, IS300, C230 Kompressor, 350Z, Crossfire, and a bunch others. I came to the conclusion that If i want everything, speed and features, I would need something like a BMW 745iL, but I don't have that kind of cash, so TSX it is. The interior is very nice, and the features are great.
Coming out of my 2002 Eclipse GT
I loved it. It was 5-speed manual and it took off. I loved tossing it around and hitting a top speed of 140 mph. But after changing the 1st and 2nd gear synchronizers once already under warranty and having to double-clutch at times, I figured that the transmission had it in for me. So I decided to let it go before it really gave problems, after all, I've heard that Mitsubishis do have transmission problems.
I wanted to buy a bunch of accessories for my new TSX, and the salesman told me that the dealership would charge too much for them, so buy them seperatly, and have it put on by a buddy of his in the Acura service department. So I was wondering where I could get a good deal on the following.
Acura fog lights:
Acura rims:

Thanks all for your help!

Congratulations!
Wow, how suspiciously honest of him...
I thought you could only get these from Acura...
You sure you want a cassette player? I got one of these for my old Accord because I had a large tape collection, but I never used it.

congrats!
for taking the dive. but considering it's a tsx, it's not much of a risk.
$28k (not OTD, i'm assuming) isn't too bad of a deal, even though you probably could've paid a little less. but you did get it with a spoiler, and that costs quite a bit compared to getting an aem spoiler. at any rate, enjoy the ride, but mind your break-in period.

Wow, you had a salesman tell you NOT to purchase something thru them. Very honest salesman and I would definitely deal with this guy again if I were you and refer friends to him.
Congrats on the purchase!
