Now it's my turn to nitpick as part as a joke. I was cleaning out my trunk and looked at the bottom of the speakers and saw that our speakers are Alpine, but they're made in China, not Japan and our Michelin tires are made in USA.

So, maybe Acura should chance on the MSRP sticker more like 90% made in Japan

 

Really? My speakers are Pioneer (at least the 6x9s are).

Well... considering how many seperate parts there actually are in that car with the engine included. The speakers + the tires dont make up a very large % at all. If there were over 2500 parts on the TSX, the tires and speakers would be 10? lol

 

My tires are Nankangs and they are way better than the US ones. My rims are from Japan.

Yes. The TL engineers thought the TSX was too perfect and were afraid it would undercut the TL, so they added a robot on the assembly line to throw a few loose nuts and bolts into the TSX doors and dash to produce random rattles.
