Angry I need your help

Hey fellow TsX'ers im a little bummed out right no. I just got my first speeding ticket tonight. He said i was doing 67 in a 45 and then he reduced it to 54 in a 45. I know for sure i was doing only 5 over. Its what i always drive. I havent got a ticket ever. Its for 80 dollars.

Everyone thinks i should pay it and just do the driving school even though i have witnesses saying i wasnt doing but 50. He caught me ona Golden Eagle Radar model E4648 and i think he was driving toward me ona 1 lane road but i could be mistaken. Anyways, i really dont want it on my insurance and my rents would kill me. Does anyone know what i should do and whether or not driving school will remove it from my record and insurance.

Also, how can i fight it in court. All i have is my word, he has some radar. Thanks, help much appreciated .

If you want to fight it (which will take you time) ask him when is the last time he calibrated his radar.

If you're going to accept it, pay the $80, then pay the $29 for the traffic school. It won't appear on your record. Just don't get another ticket for another 18 months.

Since this isn't TSX specific, it should be posted in Off-Topic: https://acurazine.com/forums/ramblings-12/

Feel free to repost it there, but I'm going to close this one up.
