How to reset Oil Meter?

Does anyone know how to reset the Oil Life Meter? I just got an oil change from the Acura dealer and they forgot to reset the meter.
Also i have 7000 miles on my baby, does anyone have an idea why they put a sticker for 20k or 01/07 on my car. Dont you need to change oil after every 5k.

Have you cracked the manual yet? Because if not, I recommend you dust it off and do a little reading.
