How to reset ECU? (do I even need to)?

Hey guys, I've spend the past couple of hours going through this site but couldn't find any information, since a search for "ECU" comes up with nothing ("ECU" is too short a search phrase).

I need to know how to reset the ECU. I used to reset the ECU on my 2000 accord everytime I added a mod (intake, header, and etc), so the ECU can relearn everything with the added new mods. I did this buy doing the following to the Accord:

1 - Shut car off and disconnect the battery
2 - Take out the ECU fuse from the fuse box
3 - Wait a few minutes, plug ECU fuse back in
4 - Reconnect the battery and start car

Is this is the same procedure for the TSX? or is the TSX smart enough that I never would never have to reset the ECU?

I'll be cleaning the TSX with seafoam soon, a process that usually throws a CEL (check engine light) on the Accord, and the CEL would normally go away by reseting the ECU.

Help me out or point me in the right direction. Also, anyone have a picture of a vacuum line for the TSX (PCV, Brake Booster and etc)? Thanks

Not necessary. ECU is constantly adjusting so it will learn your mods on the fly.

resetting the ECU after adding mods is a myth.

Yes. Disconnecting the battery cuts power to the electronics which will then ask you for the security code to get them back up and running.

You should have received a card with the code along with the other documents that came with your car (i.e. owners manual, tire warranty etc.)
