How to replace passenger sun visor?

My passenger sun visor is drooping now. It doesnt stay in place/flush with the roof anymore. This happened w/ my driver's side one, but the car was still under warrenty so they replaced it for me.

I'm getting an oil change at Acura this Fri so I ordered the Visor ($100), but they want to charge me $30 labor. The parts guy said its pretty easy, just a screw holding it in.

My car is at my parents house till tomorrow night, so I cant see how easy/hard it is to replace it.

Is it easy?

look at where the visor connects to the headliner, or roof. There is a plastic cover that you need to pry off with a small jewlers screwdriver. There is a phillips head screw behind it. Thats really the only thing you need to unscrew.
