How do you use remote start?
Thinking of getting a pre-owned TSX. I really wanted push-button start but think I'm going to settle for the TSX. I want to get remote start but am curious how you guys use your remote start? I kinda wanted a flip-key but then would have two remotes on my keyring. What do you guys use? What kind do you recommend? Stock install or aftermarket?

If you want a switchblade key, you'll be forced to carry a remote with it. Remote start is a feature provided by 3rd party car alarms, not the factory alarm which is basically the immobilizer system.

how bout 'em remote with the iphone app? anyone?

That would mean you'd need a wireless connection to the car at all times.

the iphone app is actually really slow.........you can find it on youtube.....takes at least 3-5 seconds to lock and unlock
