Sup guys? my hood got messed up today on my way to picked up my little sis. I was driving 40 and all the sudden my hood popped up and hit my wind shield. So now my hood's all f**ed up, roof visor cracked and two big dent close to the top of the front glass. Anyone know how much it gonna cost me to get it fix or should I just buy a new hood (carbon fiber). Thank in advance.

 

Sorry to hear about that, but how did it happen? Put up some pictures so that we could see the extent of the damage in order to give you a more accurate ballpark figure.

 

You're hood must've been unlatched before you drove off. That's the only way it would fly open like that.

Couple hours with the hammer, I can close my hood but not very good.

I tried to help you out a little. You just have to copy the IMG Code from the left side of the photo, then paste it into your post.

Pics are big, should be 800x600 or so, just FYI.

Hood is all twisted up. It's trash, just replace it. Also check on it's mounting hardware and make sure you don't need to replace some of that too.
