i was just wondering if the homelink is good for anything other than garage doors? anyone find any cool tricks for that yet?

Who actually uses this for anything except garage door openers? I can't really imagine needing it for door locks, lights, etc..

Anything more interesting? I can't really think of anything. Maybe use it for some aftermarket accessory in the car so you don't have to wire up a switch? Or communication with some other party? Anyone more creative?

 

some house have gates right? that would work..
