HeelToe Appreciation

I just want to give my appreciation to Marcus at HeelToe Automotive for outstanding customer service, know-how, and great attention to detail.

If you're going to buy your parts online, I recommend HeelToe, where you can buy with confidence. He stands by the products he sells and will personally make things right if there's anything wrong. A+

Gotta agree...ordered parts and had to return some. Marcus was a bulldog to get the proper credit issued and then turn it around into the parts I needed. Yes, there was a restocking fee, but I knew that going in and took a chance.

However, there is no "taking a chance" when dealing with HeelToe Automotive...strongest possible recommendation and their website is excellent.

Aw, warm and fuzzies.

Just what I needed after reading the switchblade key thread regarding the ebay part.

Marcus does an excellent job providing customer service that others lack, as well as an impressive array of parts for our cars. Now please get Hondata to produce more K-Pro harnesses and sell me one ASAP; it will only benefit you if you can get that to happen soon.

The harnesses are outsourced. That isn't the issue.

yea marcus is cool... and he does have great customer service... but i got to dissagree on something...theres been one or two occasions when sometimes he doesnt stand by his " CREATIVE " product ... he needs to learn as a business man if he wants to sell his own parts he needs to take a chance and see if it does sell ?..if not then you move on to make a better decision and see what happens... that one part you make will eventually be successful and will make you happy becuase it made a diff in someones ride... just my 0.02 cents...

I respectfully appreciate your constructive advice. I think if I had more capital to work with I would look at things the same way. This market is not big enough to take too many risks! It is being sensible really. I have thought many times I should just make parts and not worry about it because if the part is good it will sell. But, I did that with a decklid spoiler for the TSX and JDP did it with a lip for the same car...both are failing to sell and there were thousands of dollars spent on development.

I would not say this me not "standing by" my products. Everything I HAVE made I am behind 1000%.
