Car is running hot heater blower stopped then it started running hot could one have anything to do with the other..?

 

Unlikely to be related.

Intermittent heater blower motor is usually an indication that blower motor brushes are worn out. If blower quits again try thumping the blower housing vigorously. If it restarts, then worn brushes are confirmed and a new blower motor is needed.
