Well...sure...but mostly its traction control. WhenI drive hard sometimes i spin the tires too much and I see the VSA light flicker. Its kinda cool actually I took a really hard turn the other night and my tires were squealling but I didnt notice the VSA light that time. One day..maybe when it rains I will test out its capabilities on correcting oversteer/understeer.

Yup. My test drive was on a rainy night, and I put my foot in it. I saw the VSA light more than once that night!

Interestingly, the VSA's threshold is quite high. I forgot to turn off my VSA on my first two runs today in autocross, and it doesn't seem to be bothered at all. The tail of the car actually still wag a little, and even that, the light didn't came on. Cool. Just like those Ferrari's stability program...

Yes, it is very tolerant, not a turnoff at all. I tried it in the gravel, while trying drift figures, and I countersteered out of natural reflex, and it felt like my move was completely useless, as I could feel something else happenning, but I couldn't tell you what.

But it sure is effective. Same for TC, very good, especially when hitting the gas early while cornering.

Yep. I can get it to come on easily if I take those 35mph exit ramps at 80.

It's nice, you can feel it intervene and bring the nose back in.

Aggressive cornering seems to be the easiest way to make it intervene. It makes it a bit of a pain to be aggressive out of a sharp corner. But if you know you'll be driving aggressive it's simple enough to turn off. I expect that we'll be hearing/learning more about the VSA when the snow starts to fly.
