I'm thinking about getting a M3 style lip spoiler for my car. Just want to see if you guys are interested. Maybe we can get it cheaper for 5 or more buyers. The lip spoiler goes about $50 shipped on ebay. I try to get it to be about $40 shipped. For those whohave silver TSX, there was a silver carbon fiber M3 style lip spoiler on ebay before. The price was $115 shipped. Maybe I can talk to the seller to make it $100 shipped if we have enough silver TSX owner here. So, either $40 - $50 lip + paint job (should be around $50 - $60) or $100 silver carbon fiber one.

My brother just bought a black carbon fiber one for his 325i, it looks great. We test it on my car, and it fits nicely. What do you guys think about this groupbuy? Post it here if you are interested.

I know, I wasnt going to get it until I saw it on my car!!! Look really nice, but I still need to find a good deal on paint job.

Guys, the lip spoiler will come unpainted. You have to find a place to do a paint job yourself. Right now, I set the groupbuy at 5 or more. Let's see if we can get two more.

NJtsx, do you know any place that can do a paint job for a good price? I'm in Jersey City, how about you?

I just got one from the Ebay, and quality is very good, I was going to put up some pics this weekend, but I can't because....guy who painted my lip spoiler did real bad job!!! I see thousands of pin holes!!! and edge is not smooth enough!!! I can't put that on my T-Mac!! so I have to go see him on Monday to do better job. And...ye..sounds like I got ripped off pretty bad....I paid $100 for painting......they said they use PPG? or whatever that is....

There are 3 kinds of lip spoiler on ebay, unpainted, black carbon fiber, and silver carbon fiber. I'm trying to get a good deal on unpainted one. Last time, I was offered $85 shipped for 2 lip spoilers. $40 shipped for 5 or more is reasonable. I'll let you know more detail when they reply my email.

Unless you want to do either black or silver carbon fiber for $100 shipped.

yeah count me in... if i dont like it when i paint it and try it out i guess i could always resell it. where would i get the paint matched? i heard someone say maaco but we dont have those near me.

Ok, I give up. Non of the seller is willing to give a good price if they have to ship the lip spoiler to different address. One of them quotes me $399 for 10 lip spoilers shipped to one address. Unless you guys want to do it by state, I think the groupbuy is off. Sorry guys, I tried.

I dont mind doing the groupbuy, but I'll not be in the US until Jan 18th. I dont think you guys can wait that long to pick up your lip spoiler. Therefore, is there any other NJ/NYC owner who is willing to start the groupbuy? From what I see, we can get 10 people for this. $399 for 10 lip spoiler, that's $39.90 each one.

Here is what we need:

-10 buyers or more
-someone who can handle this groupbuy (any mod here from NJ/NYC area???)
-a pick up place that is close for everyone (Manhattan?)
