Though I don't know for sure, I'd bet alot fo money that they aren't direct swapable. Sure with enough money you could get it there and looking nice, but I don't think they're swappable in the manner you mean.

I doubt it will fit, the "V" area doesn't look it will fit the tsx grooves along the upper bumper.

It wont fit sorry. The Ody grille is too wide, and it is a different shape altogether. The TSX grill has a more aggressive V shape.
