Great Weekend
Great Weekend
I finally had a chance to finish up a few projects on my 2005 PWP TSX auto.
After failing to get courtesy lights to work I switched over to ambient lighting. I used two small strips of 6 LEDs, one strip in each foot well. They are a bit bright. I wired them to the light on the cubby.
I had previously installed my GROM USB, but it was hanging in the passenger foot well. I put the box behind the cubby and put the USB through where the cubby light went.
I installed an M3 spoiler, and colored in the Acura logos on my wheels with red nail polish. The black had faded. I changed the oil and filter, thanks for the posts about pulling the passenger tire. I gave it a wash and used a headlight restoration kit.
I also got gas at a new station, they had 91 with no ethanol, and did not realize it cost more than the 93. I usually use 93, since the alternatives are 87 and 89. Over 302 miles in a light rain, and I assume a tail wind I managed 35.54 mpg at 72mph.
I bought the car last December and just rolled the OD over 139000. This forum has been great, thanks all that contribute. I love this car.

A positive side effect of owning a TSX is you are now employing green technology (good on gas, less pollutants, uses less spare/repair parts, recycling and older car instead of buying new, longer you drive the less cars Japan has to make, one less car in junk yard, etc...).
