Got rust?
I have it on the underside of my hood, very annoying looks like the area where the rubber flaps are on the corners have been keeping water in or something.

can you take a picture? it would be very helpful as words cannot capture what you are seeing...

is it surface rust?
is the rust eating through the hood?
is it just rust dust on the black flaps?
what is it?
