The monthly payment looks good, but I would have expected the the first month payment to be more like $1000 ($305+$595+doc fees+titles+tags+tax). Unless you added $900 worth of accessories on the car, I am guessing the purchase price was not around $26,500, it probably was around $27,250 which caused the first payment to be $900 more....

congrads and happy safe motoring 2U. Great cars. leasing is not 4 me tho as I put way too many miles on my cars. My 06 Milano red/ebony 6 spd w/nav is 6 months old and has 16,000+ miles.

That explains it!! You got a great deal.. as I keep hearing the NY/NJ folks are nt able to get invoice or below pricing that is available in west coast.

Do you have to pay taxes upfront in NY!! Just curious

In PA regular automotive sales tax is 6% but on lease the tax is 9% which is paid monthly along with the lease payment. This increases the monthly payment for a TSX by about $11 in PA...not a big deal, but kind of adds to the cost of leasing in PA.

Also, most of the dealers in NY and NJ are out of stock on the car. I wanted white, but took silver because I didn't want to wait 3 weeks.
