Picked up a set of Gorilla Wheel Locks (Size 12mm x 1.50) because I have stripped two sets of OEM locks. I'm really pleased with the quality of Gorilla but the lock sticks out way further than the OEM locks and regular lugs? They stick out about an inch further than the rest of the lugs. Anyone see a problem with this? Aesthetically it bothers me, but at least it deters a thief.

Sounds like good news to a wheel thief. So the nut is designed to allow plenty of room to grab it with a pair of vice grips or a stillson (monkey) wrench?
