i checked KBB, and price was same about, then i checked NADA and i can lower it about $1,000 more. Do you think this is a good deal in general according to miles and year? It is also Acura certified pre-owned so thats a plus.
Thanks on any suggestions.

both seem reasonably good, but since im new to Acura I'd like opinions on which one is better for the long run or which one is a better deal

The MT thing is a real catch 22. Dealers don't want them cause they don't sell (relatively speaking), but people that want it, really want it (and are very protective of their choice by the way. You'll discover that if you spend any time here). The MT cars are pretty rare (5%+- of production), so there's always much less to choose from if that is a priority for you (though I'm guessing it isn't since the second link is an AT car). With almost 78K miles and it being a dealer sold MT, if you want the car, I'd would definitely try working with them to lower the price. I'm sure they'd love to see it go. That said, the car being certified is a real plus, especially with that mileage (though I'll admit that I've forgotten the fine print details of what certification actually gets you). I'm a little surprised a dealer will certify a car with that many miles on it. It may be an indication of the shape of the car. Just food for thought.....
The 05 is nothing special, a run of the mill AT with over 100K miles on it (and I think I can call it that because I have one) and worth around $10K in my opinion. I'm pretty sure that most comments here will push you into an 06 or newer because of the mid-gen upgrades. But.... I like the 05's and kind of prefer it to the 06-08 models (and I'm comfortable saying that because I also have an 07). The 05's are getting old though (especially here on the east coast. The winters here.....).
Bottom line is, you should try to remember that the price you pay is of course up to you based on the car. When you find one that you really like, try not to let the price completely rule the deal. A year or two from now, I'm pretty sure you won't remember what you paid and that you won't care.
I own a 06 6MT/wnav tsx. I have all the service done by an acura dealer as I have no desire to do it myself. The nav did come in handy for our 3 cross country roadtrips. I also think the price is a bit high especially without nav. I recommend the 06 but that is because that is the year I own and I love it. Excellent car with 121,000+problem free miles.
If you do buy from them inspect the car throughly. I went twice looking at their cars and the one time found a broken plastic next to the fog lights and had a huge scratch on the back bumper going towards the gas refill. The other time I had put down a deposit and found out that after they assured me no major scratches that the rear bumper was littered with small scratches and a major one that was touched up, on top of all of the wheels being scuffed up. I didn't buy it from them and found one in better condition from Davis Acura.
Also be sure that you get them to do the drain and fill on the transmission. It doesn't look like they performed it and I would get them to throw that in as well as the brake fluid change. I so see that they did a "Brakes Serviced" whatever that means so find out from them what they did.
