Getting creative..

So got my car about a week ago, and i wanted to make it somehow a little different from all the others. Im waiting to get some money to tint my windows, but for now i got creative to improve its styling in a cheap way. I ran down to popboys and got some door edge trim, and instead of putting it on the doors, i used it on the front bumper. To me it doesnt look that bad, makes it look even better. Tell me what you thing...

Not bad. Somebody already did this to an '04 or an '05 though. Don't remember who, but there were pics here of an SSM with that very same thing. So I'm not sure how unique of an idea it was, but I do kind of like it...

It may not work for those that don't have a webshots account.

Unless I'm missing something, you just lined the black plastic fins of the lower grille area inside and outside the fogs with the faux chrome door trim. Its pretty subtle, but I like it.

Just a caution on things like this... creativity is good, but don't go overboard. you've got a great car there (I know we all wish we got something as nice as a TSX for our 16th birthday) so don't rice it too much You'll appreciate it later.

If I'm missing something let me know...

(i don't have webshots account and the pic worked just fine)

Looks great! Just don't go overboard and do that around the doors, trunk, gas tank door etc. And don't put aluminum foil on the gas door either. I actually saw this on a car, I kid you not.

Thanks, and i wont. I just wanted to change it a little..too much would start to mess up the appearance.
