Any one have these videos, and if so any one have them hosted i saw GIS2 it is nuts but just wondering if any one has them.

 

yeah I saw some of those videos. I think they're kinda cool although kinda dangerous. But I wonder why can't cop do anything at all??? Can't they just radio for some back up??
C'mon they have Porsche squad car in Europe.

What's the other one where the guy was driving like a maniac through the streets of, I think, Paris...

Rendevouz...that's it. That one is pretty cool too. The car is an old Ferrari. The whole thing was unstaged and is something like 9 minutes of flat out of running. A lot of it is shot at bumper level.

The getaway in stolkhom video is killer. I dont think it could possibly be staged. Unless they somehow shutdown an entire city to film it.

 

It is real alright - aat least when it comes to crazy driving in open streets. However the jury is still out on the car chases - Swedish police are reluctant to give prolonged chase (as they gather it would just further endanger people) and try to get them through other means - helicopter or whatever.

And the Swedish police don't have Porsches. However they had a few early 911's back in the late 60s! The germans had Porsches longer but I think they also quit that long ago. Moral of the story - don't believe all you see in your NFS:HP

 

GIS4 has the NSX and Corvette C5, and its pretty cool. One thing i noticed is that if you look carefully in the Porsche 911 video, you can see a lighthouse with an overly fast lightbeam. They may have sped up the video.
