Welcome...maybe we can get some firsthand impressions of the Euro Accord vs Audis, BMWs, and Benzes on their hometurf?

Nice wheels!

It looks like it rides a bit high though (a lot of space between the tire and the wheelwell)

two things I really like about the euro: chrome handles and the clear sidemarkers.

yeah I really want to swap mine out for euros. at first (I guess I'm an ignorant american) I thought all euros were right hand drive. Now I realize that I should be able to get a set of left hand drive chrome door handles. I may try.

Hometurf means home land. He means how do you see the foreign Accord Euro in comparison with the BMW, Audi, and M-B equivalents that are domestic cars for you. But bear in mind that our TSX is sold with the 205ps 2.4L engine, and with all the options like leather, sunroof, Bluetooth, and power memory seats standard, so we usually compare it with the BMW 325i or Audi A4 2.0T.

My car is a 2.0 155 HP with 5 gears, also we have the 2.4 engine with 190 HP and 6 Gears. In Germany a 2.2 Diesel engine with 140 PS and 6 Gears is also adviable. All engines are with EURO 4 Norm = very low emmissions

I like the color and the matched wheels...I like my gauge cluster better though. Have you run her on the autobahn yet? Wie schnell ist es?

I'd love to get that turbodiesel engine here. Honda has committed to offering diesel powered models here perhaps as early as 2009. That will be great. That particular engine is so effortless to drive, and very clean.

The 2.0 engine runs on the Autobahn(straight road) 220 km/h, the 2.4 ca. 240 km/h.
How fast can you drive maximum in the USA?
We can drive 300 km/h or more(if you can). But a lot of distances are limited of 150 km/h, that sucks!

Our speed limits are limited to around 120-130 km/h but out west not a whole lot of people maintain that speed through the desert. You'll see more like 160-180 km/h.

Very nice ride. Love the wheels and that color! Not too keen on the interior though.
