Gas Mileage
I'm sure a thread was created about this sometime back but my internet connection is being ridiculously slow so I wasn't patient enough to go back and look for the threat if it existed at all. Anyway, I'm curious as to what kind of gas mileage everyone is getting out of their TSXs. I have an 06 AT and I'm filling it with 93 octane, usually with Shell. I'll try to get a pic up of my interior dash display but I'll just describe it for now.
It shows that I have a 3/4 tank left, estimated 312 miles range, and current trip (i reset it everytime i refuel) is at 63 miles. I can manage to squeeze out about 295-305 miles to the tank ( i end up refueling about 13.5 gallons each time ). Maybe the numbers are right but I used to own an 04 Accord sedan EX AT. And I'd get about 310 miles to the tank on 87 octane.
Maybe I'm being a little too paranoid.. who knows. And if I'm not, maybe I could attribute it to our hellish heat -- I live in South Texas and everyday it hits at least 100. So maybe the increased demand for my air conditioning is eating up the gas. Anyway, enough rambling.
