I did a few seaches, but couldn't find what I wanted, so sorry if this is a re-post.

What is involved in changing the front door speakers? Can I pry the cover off without taking off the panel, or does the entire door panel have to come off?

Pics would be great too.

Whole door panneling is going to have to come off. There are a few threads with pictures and How-Tos. Check the A/V FAQs. While most of the links are dead (unfortunatly outdated) there is still at least 1 working with pics and method to strip it down.

also with most aftermarket speakers, the brackets require you to drill holes into the metal, i used a speaker bracket that pops into the stock clips of where the oem speakers attached. Here's the site where i got them from:

It says its for the 2003 and up accord but it fits the tsx also.
