i have been driving around for 2 years in illinois without a front plate and no ticket. the car didn't come with a front plate so i dont know how i could even have a front plate. but anyways, i bought an illustrated plate for the front. would this get me a ticket? also, how easy is it to get out of a ticket cause of a missing front plate? btw, everywhere i have checked, the law in illinois requires a front plate.
