Fleet manager in Dallas?
Fleet manager in Dallas?
I've read that one of the easiest way to buy a car was through a fleet manager. I'm thinking about trying this route for the tsx. So I would like to ask if anyone knows/recommends any fleet manager in the Dallas area.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Fleet managers on Acuras. That's rich. Not to be rude, and I apologize if I sound that way. Really, you aren't getting a fleet deal on an Acura from anywhere unless you work out of Torrance, CA. We aren't a volume manufacturer. A fleet deal, in it's true form, is a purchase in VOLUME. Whether it is for a company use or for some sort of purchase that is for more than 1 car. When you buy a car from a site, you are basically still buying it from a dealer. They have to buy them from us, and let me tell you, they're not being given away to brokers. Why would we take less than what we sell them for and can't keep them in stock?

For the Acura research, most of them put me in touch with the Internet manager.

That's partially true about it being a dealer's perogative to have a fleet deaprtment, but you're still talking apples and oranges. Toyota makes over 2 million new cars per year. Acura makes under 300k. Volume can dictate the ability to "fleet" a vehicle. That was what my initial point was. You can't really get a fleet deal on an Acura. They don't really permit it to a certain extent. Just because a dealer says they have a "fleet manager," it doesn't necessarily mean that you're getting some out of this world deal because they're a "fleet" dealer. On the part about the internet manager, do you think that they dictate they're own invoices/prices separately? They have to work within the same guidlines as anyone else in the store. It's really all in ones perception.
