Speaking of first aid kit, my 1993 E190 Mercedes had a first aid kit stored in the back "shelf" of the back windshield... there's a compartment where you open it and there it was... all luxury cars (at least ones that are about $30k should have them).

Looks about as OEM as that sun shade they sell. Anyone can produce common items, then put a logo on it. I could be wrong, I sometimes am. But this seller seems to describe everything as "we are an Acura dealer, everything we sell is OEM original parts." Yeah ... right.
Ebay is a cornucopia of things of questionable provenance. Caveat emptor.

We just bought 2 Subaru ones w/ our Suby-bucks (one for me, one for the WRX). It's got first-aid, some other stuff *and* a great fold-up shovel all in a nice little case! You just never know how much snow we're gonna get...

First aid kids have been around for a long time. I bought a '55 Chevy, and tucked away in the trunk was a first aid kit! It was in a metal box, never used. I don't think I'd use the bandages... but still, first aid kits have been around forever.

My folks used to own a Mercedes ML320 and they had a Mercedes First aid kit there. In my dad's Infiniti I35 and later on G35 they both have Infiniti first aid kits there. When I first bought the TSX I thought for sure they had one, but noooooo......
Even my mom's 04 MDX it doesn't have a first aid kit either, a little nitpicking, but Acura is the only luxury brand that doesn't have them in the car.
The Acura dealer was charging $50 to buy one. I said no and when my dad traded in the I35 to the Infiniti dealer for a G35 he took the Infiniti first aid kit from the I35 and gave it to me to put in the TSX since the G35 has one.

Actually, I wish the vendor listed the measurements. Anyone have one in hand yet?
The case could be handy for other things that don't have a sell-by date. I haven't used/needed a first aid kit in a car for many, many years, but a handy carrying bag for disposable/flushable wipes, and other items that parents need, IS appealing.
P.S. Nice new avatar, 04EuroAccordTsx. Could you post a full-size copy to the Ramblings/Pretty Girl Thread?

that's pretty nice.
i think i remember seeing some volvo's a while back have first aid kits, along with a emergency roadside kit like orange reflectors, flashlight, etc....those things are always nice.
but yeah, i may have to pick up this acura one. the logo/bag gives it a nice touch.

Damn! I already bought a $10 Johnson & Johnson first aid kit from Walmart and stuck it in the trunk of my TSX, but this Acura one does look nice. Hmmm... to buy or not to buy...

Without the "first aid kit" label on it, looks like a nice enough case to put things in like tire gauge, 12VDC chargers, detailing rag, etc. Tempting.... I'm curious, is this an accessory which is actually standard in the SUVs or TL, or just some Acura-branded gewgaw that the dealers can sell?

I actually made a first-aid kit using red nylon straps, a snap, two nuts and bolts, and a toiletry travel kit. I pulled the interior on the passenger side of the trunk out and drilled two small holes in the plastic. I put a bolt through one end of the nylon strap and melted the strap to the bolt, then put the bolt through the liner and secured it with the nut. The other end of the strap had the snap connection. I did the same on the other side. Now I have a first aid/small emergency kit that I can take out easily just by unsnapping the nylon straps. Plus it fits perfectly in the little section that isn't covered by the trunk tray.
