Finally took pics of my new Auto/CG/Ebony/Navi
Bought on 7/21/2005 from Santa Monica Acura. JC and Julio were great to deal with.
$26,495 with Navi ( before taxes and fees )
Only mods (if you can call them that) are Valentine One radar detector and a custom license plate frame
I already clay bar'd her and waxed with Meguiar's Gold Class. FYI, these pictures are a few days after washing so they aren't as good as she gets

I was contemplating waiting for the 2006 when JC at Santa Monica Acura sent me that quote over the internet. Apparently, they were way over stocked and had to get rid of cars fast. Like I said above, they had my car at an off-site storage lot that cost them $$$.Yeah, I forgot that it had mud flaps, but that was the only thing dealer added.
Also, they sent me a gift basket, so that was cool.

It arrived a few days after the purchse.
It has a Santa Monica Acura coffee mug, some fancy cookies, a bag of pre-cracked almonds, some candy and a few other misc. items.
It was definitely a nice gesture.

Yup on the under invoice. I knew they had dealer holdback on the TSX of $870 (or something like that). So my price was around $250 over wholesale.
And yeah, the awesome part was that this was an internet quote.

Did you shop any other dealers in the area ? I'm looking to buy the TSX after labor day and am in the LA area. (San Pedro) I've been to the Torrance dealer, but if the Santa Monica one is offering the best price, I'd head up there.

I had been talking to Keyes Acura in Van Nuys since that's where I bought my RSX. Also, I like their service department a lot. But, the deal through Santa Monica was just too good to pass up.
Call J.C. at Santa Monica Acura (1-877-377-1584) and see what kind of deal he can work for you. J.C. is the Sales Manager and Julio is the Internet Sales Manager.
Tell him that you heard that he gave me (Richard Benson) a good deal.

I got my TSX from Keyes but after visiting a few different dealerships I prefer South Bay Acura, Sierra Acura, and even though they're way in Oceanside -- Cush Acura of Escondido (eBay Comptech seller).
IMO South Bay Acura and Cush Acura has the best Parts and Service department. South Bay Acura has the best waiting room too.

I actually want almost the exactly the same thing as what you have minus the Navi. Did you look at getting it without Navi ? Or was the price with Navi too good to pass up ?

I had requested the quote with Navi. Once I read the reviews of it online, I had to have it.
Plus, the TSX with Navi was still cheaper than a few of the other cars I was looking at.

I got the exact same car (with Navi) but since I got it earlier the price was a little higher, $26,800. I just took the quote santa monica gave me and took it to Weir Canyon since they'll pricematch any written offer.
