Finally my TSX arrived from USA to Russia

Let me help you!
congrats...I'm sure you'll put those heated seats and side view mirrors to good use...here in cali, I don't use them much.
The first pic is deceptive...those look like 06-08 tail lights, but the license plate is way earlier than my 06's. I guess they tinted the reverse light?
Is there a navi disc available for you? Or are you going to use the navi screen to set up some sort of car pc with gps?

Well the cost of a car has a few multipliers: cost of car, shipping thrue USA to
Seattle, money for people who had managed this, shipping to Russia $3100 and customs, our customs cost me additional $7500.

You'd be surprised how difficult it is to get certain types of vehicles there... and btw, from what my friend tells me (he runs in "export business" to Russia on the side), labor is dirt cheap, so in essence, the OP will probably make it back on maintenance costs down the line... granted, it's a long line LOL!

btw to the OP, why did you want to move to Russia??? their currency is Euros too right?
i think there was a member on here a few months ago that was from Moscow and show us their Honda Accord Type-S there. so, i'm assuming there are Honda dealers in Moscow, not sure about the rest of Russia.

A nice 04 with navi. Those metal trim looks nice on Silver TSX.
I think you can do some mod to make use of that Navi screen.
Hook up with a computer and buy a bluetooth GPS receiver.

Cruisin'
Oil Life is shown in the "MID" (Multi-information display) between the speedometer and tachometer on the 2006, 2007 and 2008 vehicles. There is no MID on the 2004 and 2005 models.
If Canadians are prepared to ship Acuras from the southern US to Canada because, even with the freight and customs they are cheaper than buying one in Canada, why would it surprise you that the situation is the same in Europe and Asia.
Welcome to the family.

You can get a Navigation DVD from a Honda Accord and use it in your Acura.
You can get a module to connect the Navi screen to a PC – http://www.tvandnav2go.com/ has them, I know. Then you could run a PC in the back of the car or the like using it as the monitor…
Why did you pay $25,000 USD to import a TSX from Northern California instead of buying an Accord in Russia?

Accord is cheaper inside.
Acura is a luxury brand.
TSX uses 91 octane fuel.
There is more "tune" parts for TSX.
I have first Acura in a town!
I also could buy a car from Japan, but in my
location we do not have a 98 octane fuel.
And last thing i could not afford myself to buy a 2004+ TL.

here we have only right handed vehicles from Japan here, or Russian vehicles with left handed steering wheel. So you can as all normal people use a right handed vehicle, or you can buy a left handed.

bardissimo, if a tsx is what you want, then i'm glad that you got it! many people here spend all there money converting their tsx into a modified accord, atleast you did it right from the start. i personally wouldn't have gone throught with it, but more power to u

Trolling Canuckistan
Russia, despite what us US residents were taught in school is a beautiful country. I had the privelage of spending the summer of 1991 there. Vladivostok is one of the cities I visited (and got very very drunk on Stoli) along with Moscow, St. Petersburg, Rostov on Don, and spelling phonetically, Ulianovsk.
In my time there I saw lots of Lada's and Moskvich..... believe me..... a TSX is going to be a hot car there.
In regards to exporting a car there, I recieve about 3-7 calls a week from exporters looking for V6 Cayennes to export (I am not allowed to sell them new cars). Even if they paid MSRP for the car in the US, they will make a huge profit after all of their costs to get the vehicle over there.
Bardissmo correct me if I'm wrong, but Russian currency is Rubles and Kopecks.
