Use a trim protectant like 303 aerospace protectant or go all the way with Zaino Z10 leather in a bottle.

If it's already fading, I recommend a leather conditioner rather than that 303 protectant. The 303 protectant is good BEFORE your seats have faded. Go for the Zaino or Lexol conditioners if they have faded.

Lexol conditioner is best for TSX leather.. I have used it for about 1.5 year now.. My tsx is almost 2 year old.. no sign of fade on the leather. just be sure to put the conditioner on the real leather parts every two weeks.

Lots of good info on this topic in Wash & Wax. I use Lexol to clean my leather, use Zymol to condition it, and use 303 to protect it. I've had my TSX over 3 years and the parchment seats aren't fading so much as they turned a slightly different color. The only way I can tell, though, is because I had my driver's side cover replaced 2 months ago and the color doesn't match the old color perfectly. You can only tell if you look closely, you wouldn't notice with just a casual glance.

Did you get the covers replaced at Acura? How much were they to get replaced?

I did get one cover replaced under warranty (no cost) due to a blue stain on the seam (see this thread) on the drivers side. The replacement had nothing to do with fading.
