Ever considering buying an Mitsubishi Eclipse?

No, but I've considered welding my doors and turning into a coupe, sort of like the guys over at ALPINE.

 

It's a nice looking ride... did you test drive one?

I drove the last gen with the V6 and was unimpressed. Front-heavy, handled poorly and pushed through every turn, questionable build quality... I haven't driven the current gen, but it looks much better!

 

i don't like the rearend of the new eclipse. the 350z/G35c and Accord coupe look better

Go test drive one and decide yourself. The convertible Eclipse w/ lipkit looks hot in person, however I doubt their built quality & engine are in the same level as Honda/Toyota.
