Ebony Interior with wood, any pics???

Hey,

I wanted to know if anyone had a ebony interior with the wood grain that comes with the parchment. I was thinking of taking out the silver and puttingin the wood to make it a little more classy. I like the silver, but am just interested in what the other would look like and if I would be happy with it.

Thanks for your help.

It's not an easy mod. Neochaser tried it and got stuck at the trim by center console. The rest of the trim is pretty easy to remove but that trim is glued on it seems...

I know, I saw that when I did my search. However, I wanted to see a real pic of the actual thing, plus also wanted to see it with the wood add on installed, which showed the wood on the center console and doors, by the window controls. I think it would look awesome and break up the black interior in the car.

Oh well, guess no one has done it then.

Personally, I don't like the wood trim with ebony interior look. Actually, I don't like the wood trim at all. Makes the interior look cheap.

Ahhh. Is that the Edash.com kit? How do you like it? Were the pieces as easy to put on as it seems? How is the fit/finish of the parts? Who killed Jimmy Hoffa? Sorry, I just had to ask...you never know.

Also, Anyone try to put on the Edash kit in Titanium Burlwood? Looks black and grey marble-ish. I have an ebony interior. I was thinking of replacing the center console trim and the door button trim with this. I'd leave the factory metal trim alone. Might give a nice look with both. Hate to buy it to find out that it doesnt look right. Shame their website doesnt have some kind of software to preview the style on your car first.

That's just TOO much wood. If you only replaced the silver trimed pieces with the wood it probably wouldn't look so bad, but with all that shit taped on it looks cluttered. The pieces on the glove box and around the stereo are pretty hideous.

It's just a photoshoped version of the stock photo from Acura's optional wood trim kit:

i'd do a combination of aluminum and wood. i think having wood pieces around the transmission and the storage compartments would be nice while leaving the dash strip silver...

I suck at Photoshop. Can someone mod the pic to show dark wood or a black and grey wood around the center console, but leave the factory metal trim alone? Please please please?
