dumb dealer...

i had my car's oil change done for the first time, and I asked my dad to take it in for me. When he brings it back I notice there is a dull scratch on the passenger side door running across the whole door. And the passenger side door has five horizontal scratches on top of each other in a straight line, which looks like white paint on it. THe dealer totally messed up my perfect car. What should I do???????????????????

does your dealer have a paper where they indicate if there are any scratches when you drop the car off?

if so you're set. take the car back tomorrow and demand to speak to a manager. force him to fix it.

report them to Acura USA... call and then write a letter to the management of the Acura dealership.

if this doesn't get resolved within a week and you're over 18... go down to the courthouse and file a small claims suit. it will cost you about $25 and you have to serve the dealership with the document.

What should you do? If you do your own oil changes, it will take less time than dropping the car off at the stealer and you can be certain that the oil change has been done correctly and that the correct oil has been used.
