Driver's side wiper blade thicker than normal?

I tried to replace my wiper blades this morning with replacement silicone blades, but the drivers side wiper blade seems thicker than a normal wiper blade. I got 26" long ones, but the thickness wasn't right. The replacement blade seems to fit in there, but not as well as the original that I took out.

I also tried replacing the wiper arm with the one that came with the blade, but the blade didn't even touch the window all the way across

How do I find replacement blades for that driver's side, is there some thickness specification? Will I just need to stick with Honda/Acura wiper blades?

There are generally 2 different blade widths. When you go to any auto part store, you'll find that they have narrower blades and wider blades. You may have gotten the narrower one instead.
