anyone know if we can still use WINBACK to get the 60 bucks a year promotion ?

They still have the Winback program but it is now $77/year.

Yes. She first mentioned their 3 months @ $4.9X and then regular price. I mentioned the winback program and she said "I can't mentioned the offer, but I can accept it since you asked" and signed me up.

There is an entire thread on the XM's winback program on 3 gen TL too.
