5. totaled a very nice Integra and needed a new car, had seen the TSX when it first came out and ear marked it for replacing the Integra. Things just happened sooner than I had expected, love the TSX; damn those marketing guys and their stinking profiles.

if they thought the avg. buyer of the tsx would have an income of $80K, I would've bought the TL then.

Well, now, that brings up an interesting question.

How old are the TSX owners? It's looking like an amazing mix of old and young, so far.

I just turned 48. I have a modified ITR and an EP3 as a daily driver, but find myself thinking about the TSX more and more.

We've had two threads on age of TSX owners. This search pulls them up (as well as one on age of TL owners and one on age of drivers of different cars in general):

http://www.acura-tsx.com/forums/sear...der=descending

To my surprise, none of them has a "poll." We did have one on the old site.

4. 24, but I was 23 when I welcomed her to the family (I was also 1 yr out of college and 6 months into my job at the time)

Emotional reasons...I think I shed a tear when I first saw her because of how beautiful she looked.
Mainly bought her because she was the only car out there that WOWed me and had everything I wanted for the price I wanted to pay.

Sorry everyone -- but I'm a 52-year-old woman (I'll be 53 on Sunday) with a two-month-old black (with ebony interior), 6-speed MT, navi TSX that I'm absolutely in love with. It replaces my '95 black Accord 5-speed MT with 156,000 miles (with original clutch) that I'm still in love with (saving it for my son).
Don't fit the deomgraphic, and proud of it!
Great car that I hope to have for another 156,000 miles at least.

Edit: this is my son's screen name, which I unmercifully hacked in to in order to check his websites. what trust. keep in mind, he wasn't alive when dinosaurs roamed the earth, he's only 17.

The average Harley-Davidson buyer is 46 and the average Porsche 911 buyer is 52.

We geezer TSX owners need to start acting our age!

Don't worry man, I have a gf, but make less than you. Wouldn't lots of ladies like a guy who makes 40K a year? What kind of job do you do? I'm 23 and hope to make 40K a yr soon.

I'll fit their profile in 2 years. Bought the car for value and Honda name/quality (damn rattles were pissing me off though). I think they picked a realistic target, don't know that it matters much as long as people want the car.
