Differences of JDM Accord & TSX
Hello-
Welp, Moreace was wondering about the differences between the JDM Accord & TSX. I think I only know a few...so add on to the list, please!
JDM Accord
-Right hand drive
-US Accord interior
-White reflectors for headlamps
-Intelligent cruise control
-Key card system
-Engine choices
-Headlamp washers (maybe not JDM--could be European)
That's some of the differences...I think...

The JDM 2.4TL model Accord is the closest to the TSX.
Well that or the Accord Euro Australia.
See the Thread Honda vs. Acura = were I state there is no difference. And if anyone says the TSX is the most performance model of them all--I will fight you tooth and nail with the hand built k20 engine found in the JDM Euro-R. Reving to 8k on the tach and smacking down ~220hp with some massive comp. ratio and Recaro seats woo-hoo! Bring that bad-boy over here.
Head light washers are a UK/AU option able to be factory ordered.
Be careful of this thread Larchmont and I could go head to head for couple pages of posts.

No they aren't all K20's
There is a K20A low HP (base engine)
There is a k24A more HP (higher trim model engine.)
And there is a K20A High HP (specialty model engine.)
The K20 High HP from the Euro-R is a one off--hand built type-R engine for the most part. It's unlikely much from this would inprove the k24 engine. The k24 is kinda maxed out on RPM because of its large 100mm stroke. Type-R cams might gain HP but they are intended for higher compression and the likely would deliver a torque drop that a lack of full 8k revs would be un-able to overcome. The K20 Euro-R header may add some ponies but it eliminates the pre-cat so it may be illegal in many states.
