Hi yall,
Picked up a CPO TSX in the Spring and part of "the deal" was a negotiated cash refund in the form of a check to cover the mileage overage on the car I turned in.
Well, its almost August and I have not received the check.
After month one, I called for a status and was told to send them a copy of the PO showing Im owed this. Curious, as they should have a copy of the PO cleary showing Im due this check, but I agreed.
No check sent.
Since then, Ive called and emailed the salesman and the business manager every week for the past month. NONE of my calls or emails have been returned.
Needless to say, Im quite disappointed as I thought this dealer was really great all around until now. And I always thought a "luxury" dealer like Acura took better care of their customers than this.
I have in mind what my next steps are....but curious what the group would do next, if ever in the same postion.
