On a recent road trip my radio suddenly died. CD player still works fine but no signal or sound comes from the radio. Is this a common problem? Any idea of the cause or how to fix? Unfortunetly, I bought this car 6 months ago and this isn't covered under the warranty!

Do you have any other symptoms, such as lights around the A/C and radio controls dim or out completely?

The antennae harness could be loose, its behind the headunit and looks like a chrome aux plug.

Sorry to hear this.
Only the radio not functioning. CD works fine. Correct?
On the radio are you able to switch stations?? switch between AM FM??
