i just picked up my new 2005 TSX today.. (I think i am in love.. ) I have been following this site for a few weeks and have a question.. What is the current DVD Version for the Nav? I got the Version 1.001 with my new car (from japan) today.. I thought there was a version 3.04 out that was coming in alkl new cars.. Is this true? if so, what are the differences in versions. and also, what do you think i should do about it? I already asked my salesman and he said he thought 1.001 was the latest.. When is the next one due out? Maybe I will try to fight with them to settle for this one now if they give me the new one free when it comes out..

I have 1.009 on my '04, and I'm sure the next version that comes out will be for the '06 with the Zagat guide on it, hence it wont work in our navs

 

Please explain. Are you saying that my new car's navi is about to become obsolete (i.e., incompatible with new DVDs)?

 

why is it that the new DVD with the Zagat will not work for 04 and 05 Navi? isngt it just a new datat disk and not a new hardware change? Also, any others on the version question? I am fairly certain that new TSX's (for the last few months) have come with version 3.04 and not 1.01.. Any replies would be much appreciated..

will the 06' navi fit in an 05' u guys think....i'm gonna be doing a non-navi to navi swap as soon as i can get ahold of Flopez82 about the wiring harness that he makes...
