So I have this crack on my front right bumper that is getting worse. It started on the bottom of the bumper where you can't see up to the foglight area now.. I was wondering if anyone know of a good local SOCAL shop that can fix this and paint also. I am not trying to paint the whole bumper again if that is possible because that would be almost the cost of a brand new painted bumper, but any info would help! Any good suggestions on maybe how I can repair myself is great also

The biggest problem you have is that somebody has repaired it before... poorly.

It can be repaired, but it would be cheaper and easier to find a used bumper. You might even be able to find one that is already the right color.
