Covercraft heatshield vs regular

So, I live in Arizona and, to put it mildly, my TSX gets a bit warm when it's been sitting outside at 105 degrees for a couple hours . I am currently using a cheap windshield heat shield, one of those two-piece fold into a circle types that I got from Wal-Mart a few years ago. It certainly helps big time, but I am wondering how much of a difference (if any) a good custom fit heat shield like those made by Covercraft will make.

For those of you who use a Covercraft custom fit heatshield, and if you have used a cheap heat shield before, does the Covercraft make a noticeable difference? Is it worth the $50? Would also be nice to know how hot it gets where you live.

My answer would be no. Just get one of those shields that has the sliver reflective covers. That is the best you will do for the dollar.
