Countershaft Speed sensor

Hey guys, I had a few issues with my accord euro (ur TSX), so it was time to upgrade. I did the axles and clutch and flywheel in one hit.

This is where the problem is; My mechanic replaced all the parts, and re-assembled the car. Tried to start it, and cranks but not start. After a few hours of testing, we found that the Countershaft Speed sensor was broken, and that was stopping the car from starting. if we unpluged the sensor, the car started, and drove ok, but with no speedo.

After a few hours on google, i found that the Countershaft Speed sensor, is meant to have a washer between the sensor and the tranny case. My mechanic it seems has miss-placed the washer.

My question; is this any particular washer? I've found some tech data on acura news webbie, calling it a 2mm plain washer.. Now Honda Australia, doesnt have this 2mm washer in stock, and wants to order from Japan.......
Anyone know if it just a normal 2mm 'plain washer' or is it some honda special?

I believe its part 15

Any feed back is welcome.

2005 accord euro
6MT
level 2.9 axles
ACT clutch and street lite flywheel
Apexi WSII exhaust
DC sports 421 header
Tein SS coilovers
and a few more bits and pieces

If you are going to replace the sensor (#10), which according the the diagram should come with the washer (#15) and O-ring (#19) as an assembly.
