Color choices
Initially I thought I could live with the plood that comes with PWP. However, it has come down to this: while I love PWP, I dislike the plood more than I dislike the non-PWP colors.
Black and Milano red are out for me. I don't like CG as well. Silver is my only alternative it seems - but I never was into the silver thing. The color seems very light and non-descript...almost seems like stainless steel.
Anyway - how do you all like silver...does it fade as the years go by?
To those who couldn't live with the plood that came with the PWP and thus had to choose another color, what color did you choose?

Personally, I would have already dropped the 26,000+ bones on the TSX ... IF they shipped the PWP with the Ebony/Titanium interior here in the States. But, due to the unfortunate fact that only the Canadians can get that color combo, I am still waiting. (though not so patiently, any more)

You know I think waiting is what I'll have to do as well. I'm gonna be with this car for a while, and you should get what you want...right? But who the heck knows if Acura will offer the PWP/Ebony color in the 2006 model year...

Have you looked into trying to get the combo you want from Canada?
You can import one right?
Else, just try and deal with a dealer on a combo that's your second choice. They aren't that rare-rare anymore. The car is just too nice to wait IMO, for a combo that may never exist.

No you cannot bring the car in from Canada. I checked that out... I'm afraid that I may have to pass on the whole car b/c of the color thing... I cannot compromise on PWP...and while I thought I could be able to live with the plood, I just don't like it.
I'm someone who researched and test drove many different cars before making the decision: IS 300, 3-series, Saab 9-3, Volvos, etc.

No you it's not part of the trim kit you'd need to go and order each part but it could be done.

HAHAHAHA Man you guys. I would DIE FOR A PWP WITH PARCHMENT INTERIOR! We get PWP and ebony interior. Its not bad but its not as Luxury as the wood.
Hey as a side note, I thought Acura only used real wood? I guess not?
