Close Encounter with Accident Fraud
How is this a "swoop and squat"? This doesnt sound like insurance scam. They usually block you in on the sides so that you hit the person in front of you. What good does it do if his accomplice rear ends your car? He would be at fault also.
I guess they could be just noobs and dont know how to perform this manuever correctly.
