Pretty much someone was pissing all over the driver door.. I came down and caught him in the act, he threatens me and 5 of his friends are there and I'm by myself. I call 911 and follow him. My girlfriend knows who he is so he starts to walk. My friends show up and get my back. The cops show up that guy bolts. The cops arrest him on three counts of misdemeanor

1. Public urination ($190)
2. Verbal Harassment
3. Evading arrest (1 night in jail)

I'm still pissed...

damn talk about hatin...What a dick, I don't know what I would have done to the dude, you said your girl knows who the dude is...not to imply anything, but ask her what her relation is with that dude...maybe just a X or something. Cause why would he pee on just your car.

 

And watch out that dude might want vengence for getting him arrested...better watch your whip too

what about vandalism and sue him for reprocussions. =P tell them youve never been so offended and hurt to see such a small pecker. but seriously you should stand for that and give him a little extra kick in the ass so he knows whats coming if he tries it again

 

People have no respect anymore. Same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago. My GF and I come out of a nice restaurant in a nice part of town, and some Kid is pissing on my car. I mean why ON THE CAR, why not on the side of the building, or the fence or the dumpster or somone elses car? I'm walking towards the car and he's looking right at me. It took me a minute to realize what he was doing. He just zipped up and walked away like nothing happened. There were 3 cars full of teenagers hanging out in the parking lot. What was I supposed to do?
So I jump in my car and as I'm turing the corner there's a cop sitting there, So I pull up and tell him what happened. Just as I finish another cop pulls up they both go tearing around the corner into the parking lot where the kids are hanging out. Looked like they were already planning to go bust up their party and he was just waiting for back up.

I hope they ruined that punks frigging night!

j/k, that sucks man, I don't take people messing with my cars lightly, it's like a child, lol. And it's just so damn disrespectful. Many years ago I saw some kid walking around my college parking lot with a huge tree branch whacking cars with it (drunk of course) thinking it was pretty funny... I looked out the window just in time to see him whack the hood of my truck with it so I ran out of my apartment and popped him in the face, then it wasn't so funny to him anymore.

How lame...Im not sure how I would react in that situation. If it was just the kid, I would have slaped the shit out of em...5 on 1 is a bit much...

Oh yeah, if it was the one drunk kid by himself I'd knock his ass out. Take his wallet and phone (jack his money and ebay his phone) Drop him off in the middle of fucking no where (I'm in central Illinois) and come home very happy

 

I wonder if it was a DARE thing..... Seems like both incidents where with groups.......

 

Press charges, because someone needs to create a paper trail for this guy, or continue one that's already there. Can you get punitive damages, or your insurance co. to help?

How often does something like this happen (bent antenna, ripped of side mirror, keyed), when there's nobody around to see it?

 

1. find the dude's car at night
2. smash driver's window
3. take on driver's seat

 

Be glad you caught him. That's rare people get caught in the act. Hopefully he doesn't retaliate.
