Hi,

Not sure if somebody tried using the aux input jack to connect the blackberry pearl to tsx 06 to listen to music but i cannot connect them.

I use a regular 3.5 connector cable on both ends. and I have a 2.5 mm to 3.5 mm connector to connect it to the phone. 2.5 mm is used by bberry pearl while 3.5 mm input connector is used by tsx's aux input jack?

Seems like a cable type issue but not sure.

Appreciate some input on what is goin on here.

Does it work if you plug it into another source like your home stereo?

The adapters are pretty finnicky. To eliminate the AUX input as a problem, does it work if you plug your regular headphones in there?

Yea I would try to plug another device into the aux input for your car like an mp3 player and see if it works. If so then the wire and car connection is good. Take the wire and try to plug your bberry into a home stereo as suggested and see if it works. If it does then maybe it's just something with the bberry not wanting to work with the car. Somewhere along those lines I imagine one won't work though and that should be your answer to a solution.

Thanks guys, based on a few suggestions, I think i figured out why the bberry would not work in TSX.
I think it is a bberry pearl issue. It probably requires a different type of cable which am not sure is available in the market.
