Caliper Problem

HI -

I got brake pads replaced and rotors refinished yesterday at the dealer and today after driving for about 100 miles, I hear this loud rubbing noise when braking and it became worse.

I noticed that the bolts on the caliper for the front left wheel are out and caliper is out of position and rubbing againt the wheel rim. I can see a little bit of wear on the wheel rim because of calipers rubbing against it.

Does this cause any problem to the rim? I am thinking of waiting till monday to take it back to the dealer to fix it, I guess I have to get it towed.

Thanks.

Your car ought not be driven at all. Ask the dealer to send a flat bed tow truck.

DAMN! Now that is fucked up !

Thats dangerous as hell, Deff dont drive it .

1. Have the dealer tow it.

2. Demand a replacement wheel.

3. Report them to Acura customer service.

4. This should not cost you a dime, this could have ended badly, the tech must have been stoned to forget something that important.
