Bummer
Got hit from the back by an Explorer. Drove me into and under the Cherokee in front of me. Drove her into the Car ahead of her.
Car looks trashed, I and all involved (short of the "to be determined" adjuster) think it will be totaled.
If totaled I am looking for another TSX, I mean honestly what could be a better blend of power, fuel economy, handling, cost and creature comforts.

glad to hear that you're okay
walking away unhurt really proves how safe the tsx is
only concern I would have is that the tsx will be redesigned soon.. just something for you to consider

Good luck with the outcome. What year is your current TSX?

if totaled I will get another, maybe a manual this time.
Kind of torn, if totaled there will be some money out of my pocket, if repaired no cash out.
I will know more soon.

I was in a similar situation recently (which resulted in my 2007 TSX purchase).
My previous car was rear-ended badly, but not totalled. There was some frame (unibody) damage, which you can't hide from. If you get the car repaired, the extent of the repair is documented, and frame straightening machines leave tell-tale signs. Also when the frame is damaged and then straightened, the frame integrity is somewhat compromised when this occurs and the car won't protect as well in an accident down the road.
So, the car's future trade-in/selling value was significantly reduced, repaired or not.
So, I kept the insurance payout (negotiating a very minor additional amount out of them since they weren't on the hook for fixing it and dealing with rental car and possible supplements) and then sold the car as is to someone who wanted it.
Between the two, I very close to the expected undamaged trade-in value, so I considered myself fortunate. The only thing I really lost out on was the tax-break you get on sales tax from the trade.
Something to think about depending on the damage quote, if they don't total it.

Frickin' suv drivers almost always overdrive their safe stopping distance. If it goes fast, it must stop fast, right? Wrong!
I've lost a couple of bumpers to suvs, 2 on the '04 tsx alone. The most recent being a loss of the bumper, everything beneath it and the entire trunk lid - not noticeable frame damage, though I wonder....

Ouch, sandwiched between two SUVs. Glad your okay.
On the one hand, if it didn't cost you too much out of pocket, a new TSX with the engine & exhaust upgrades, bluetooth connectivity, and tire pressure monitor, foglights, DRLs, etc... would be nice.
I got the six-speed, and it is one of the smoothest, nicest shifting manuals in the industry.

I had my car dented in at my work while I was at work. Lovely~~ How could peo that work in the same building not even leave a memo after denting a brand new car.

Update
Heard from Allstate today. On a quick aside I was in New Orleans recently for Jazz Fest (go if you like music) and learned that Allstate is now known as Some States in New Orleans.
Anyways, they are going to fix it. 12K so far with yet to be seen stuff on the horizon. Will have to determine what I can or cannot accept before taking possession again.
The biggest question in my mind would be the air bags, how can they be tested? is there a diagnostic that accurately tests the system.

Needs more Lemon Pledge
Make sure you demand funds for "diminished resale value" due to the wreck. Since you have to tell the next guy who buys the car that it was in a wreck, Allstate should compensate you for the lower price you will get.
