Braks squeak
I have 30,000 km(18,000 miles) on my 06 and the brakes squeak when i first start driving. it goes away once i brake a couple of times. What could this mean?

Check your brake pads since it could be a sign you're running low.
Considering you've got 18,000miles, it could be normal squeal from being cold.

mine recently started doing it also, mine has 25k miles. break pad life is still plentiful from what i can see..........
i think its just moisture creating rust on the pads

my OEM pads still had a lot of life on them and they were squeaking.

change the pads, even if they are not completely worn out.

Most likely the rear brake pads are out at 18k miles. Don't wait to long to get them checked out. They can ruin your rotors.
